Dear members
I would like to start the year 2010 by thanking you for your support. Without your commitment – whether it’s a financial contribution or contributing your time as a volunteer – JAGAM could not do the work it does.
As an Association, JAGAM has an obligation to try to meet the needs of its members. This is not an easy task given the diversity of ages, personal visions and geographical diversion. Moreover, we have seen a huge increase in all things digital; and that increase constantly challenges us to reassess how an association should service its members. To me, this is very exciting paradigm shift. I also think that during the shift, tolerance, open-mindedness and respect of differing opinions are paramount
During 2010, I aim to promote the best possible service and value to our members while communicating to all Japan graduates and related parties that the quality of JAGAM has continued to improve and the appeal of our Association has increased. Therefore, your help, guidance, and suggestions are always welcomed.
I've been thoroughly pleased with my fellow committee members, staff and our many volunteers. They've all been doing a terrific job in 2009 that has made mine so much easier. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Last but not least, allow me to take this opportunity to wish you all a prosperous 2010.
